Here's a picture of the Capital. Doesn't it look like a postcard?

Grammie and I took a break while Grandpa bought some cheese. Typical.

Then she took me up by the Capital to play a bit.

It was a bit warm. I got to ride in Daddy's backpack, but I still got thirsty!

Here's our first attempt at a family shot. Doesn't it look like we're superimposed?

Ahhh. This one turned out better.

We stopped to eat some Honeycrisp apples and I got to run around a bit. Isn't my dress cute?

Mommy tried to get a cute birthday picture with me, but I wasn't having any of it.

So she gave me Tickle Torture!

And I cooperated. I think she's actually tickling me in this picture, if you want to know the truth.

We stopped at Johnson Creek on the way home and I got to ride in a Winnie the Pooh airplane. Sweet!

It was exhilarating.

We had a yummy dinner at Grammie and Grandpa's of lobster, steak and fresh corn. Then they sang Happy Birthday to Mommy and brought out a pie!

Blow out the candles Mommy!

Daddy got his piece of pie and proceeded to drop it right on his lap. Doesn't he look sad?

It's ok, Daddy, I'll eat it anyway!

Let me just scoop it up with my big-person's fork.

Mmmmmmmmmmmmm, tastes like pants!

Just kidding. It was really yummy. I even tried to save some on my face for later.

I was concentrating on the filling, but here Uncle Morgan explained the finer points of eating the crust.

He was right. It was yummy.
I'm pretty sure that Mommy had a rockin' 31st birthday. Happy Birthday, Mommy!
